Election results
My son-Michael, a fifth-grader, decided to run for president of the student council. During the “campaign”, Michael and I took his younger brother to the paediatrician for a check up . the doctor ,noticing the campaign buttons, volunteered that he too, had run for president of the student council when he was in sixth grade, but had not won.
Several days later, Michael called me at work to give me the election results. Said Michael , “it looks like I’m going to be a doctor.”
