Giving directions
An American asked me directions in english on the street today.I was so excited I almost had a heart attack. I can’t believe that of all the people on the street that this American would pick me to ask for directions. I was so nercous that my mouth became dry and couldn’t utter a word. I tried drawing a map for him but my hand was shaking too much. I became so embarrassed that,to his surprise, I ran away.
At least I can still brag to my friends that a real live American tried to talk with me.

今天一个美国人在街上用英语口语向我问路。我太兴奋了，几乎要心脏病发作。我不敢相信在街上那么多人中，这个美国人会挑我来问路,尽管我曾经在英语培训机构学过英语。我太紧张了，所以嘴巴变得干燥，说不出话来。我想画一张地图给他，但是手抖得太厉害了。我很尴尬，因此出乎他意料之外地，我跑掉了。
但至少我还能向朋友吹嘘，说一个活生生的美国人想跟我谈话。
