购物之后，除了商品，还有什么不能忘记？
不要忘拿receipt（收据），上面通常会印有Exchange and refund policy：90day exchange，30day refund with tags.90天之内可以更换商品，30天内可以退货（商品完好的状况下）。
如果真的不幸买到了劣质商品，需要退货，你可能会和店员这样交涉：I bought this skirt in your store last week. What a famous brand is that! The stitches are coming off. Anyway, I’d like to ask for a refund for this skirt.(上周我在你们店里买了这条裙子。这是什么名牌啊！线头都松了！不管怎么说，我都要退货。)
店员可能会回答你：I’m sorry. They are not refundable. But we can exchange it for you, OK?（对不起，它们是不能退的。但我们可以给您换一条，行吗？）
你可以坚持自己的要求：Sorry, I bought something here before and it was also broken. I just want my money back.(不好意思，我以前在这里买过东西，也不好用。我想退款。)
一般这样，店员都会嘴软下来，问你:Do you have a receipt or guarantee?(你有发票或者质保书吗？)
或者如果买来的商品不满意想换一款，可以说I will change it for another model.I will pay the difference if it is more expensive.(我想换另一款，如果价钱比这款贵我付差价。)
