1. The purpose of my coming here is to establish business relations with you.
(1) 句子中的coming 是动名词。动名词前面有时可以加个物主代词，表示动名词的逻辑主语。
Your shipping the goods in May will be a great help to us.
你方5月装船对我们将是一个极大的帮助。
One of the troubles is their not having enough machine tools.
其麻烦之一便是他们没有足够的机床。
There is no question about our getting the import license for these articles.
我们获得这些商品的进口许可证是不会有问题的。
(2)“和你方建立贸易关系”的表达方式有下列几种：

(1)以商品作主语

3．In the past I used to import glassware from European countries.
过去我从欧洲国家进口玻璃器皿。
used to do something 表示过去的习惯动作或状态，但现在已不是如此了。
We used to do business with them on FOB basis.
我们过去和他们通常按装运港船上交货价做生意。
It used to be thought that China depended on foreign countries for its petroleum.
China today exports large quantities of petroleum to foreign countries every year.
过去人们认为中国的石油依靠外国进口。今天中国每年要向外国出口大量石油。
They used to deal in chemicals, didn’t they?
他们过去经营化工产品，是吧。
4．Now I wish to buy from China, as I hear you do business with all countries, big or small, on equal basis.
现在我希望从中国买。国为我听说你们对所有国家一视同仁，无论是大国还是小国。
(1) 本句中的big or small可以说是一个词组，起状语作用，表示让步。又如：All prices, FOR or CIF, include 3% commission for you.
所有这些价格，无论是离岸价还是到岸价，都含有你方3%佣金。
To accept or not to accept, you have to make a decision within two hours. Or we’ll sell the goods elsewhere.
接受或是不接受，你都得在两小时内作出决定。再不我们就把货卖给别人了。

6. And we always honor the contract and keep our promise.
而且我们总是重合同守信用。
“重合同守信用”是中文的习惯说法。英语中有多种表达方式，口语中应采用一些简单的词语表达。下面列举一些供选择。
重合同：
honor/observe/respect the contract
abide by the contract
keep to (stick to )the contract
守信用：
keep/fulfil/carry out one’s promise
stand by what one says
not break one’s work/promise
not go back on one’s word

on the one hand … on the other(hand) 这一对短语常常用来表示相冲突的概念，前后二者加以对照，但又并非势不两立。中文里常常译为“一方面……另一方面……”
On the one hand the government says they wish to reduce the cost of living, and on the other(hand) they increase the duties on a number of essential articles.
政府一方面说愿意降低生活费用，另一方面却又提高许多必需品的税收。
on the other (hand)常常单独使用：
You ask us to ship the goods on time, but on the other hand ,you haven’t faxed
the relative L/C up till today.
你要求我们按时装运货物，但是另一方面。直到今天你信用证还没电传来。
Food here is cheaper than in Britain; clothing, on the other hand, is dear.
这里的食品比英国便宜，另一方面（但是）衣着却昂贵。
