more than... 解析：
1.表示超过或是不只怎样的意思的句型
根据more than后面接的语词不同，又分为以下几个句型搭配：
（1）句型“more than + 数词”，表示“……以上、不止……”之意。此时，相当于over,两者可以互换。
例句：
I have known him for more than 20 years.我已经认识他超过20年了。
（2）句型“more than + 名词”，表示“不只是；不仅仅是”。
例句：
He is more than a famous artist；he is a director, too.
他不仅仅是个著名的画家，还是个导演。
（3）句型“more than + 形容词/副词”表示“很；非常；尤其”的意思，此时，与very同义。
例句：
I am more than satisfied with the job.我非常满意这份工作。
2.以上句型的相反句型
另外，与“more than + 形容词/副词”相反的句型是“less than + 形容词/副词”，意为“不、很少、不很、不到”，具有否定意义。
