商务英语实用句型
I'm wondering where the service desk is located.
我想知道服务台在哪里。
备注： 常见的“服务台”的英文表达有：service desk、information desk、service counter.
The trade show tomorrow would be the most beneficial for us to attend.
参加明天的贸易展会对我们最有利。
备注: “贸易展会”常用的英文表达有：trade show和trade affair。 be beneficial to...意为“对......有利”，与之相对的表达是be detrimental to...，即“对......有害”。
Booth 14-E is where our company was assigned.
14-E号是我们公司分到的展位。
The exhibitors are allowed in at 7 a.m.
早上7点允许参展者入场。
We'd better set up our exhibit as early as possible tomorrow morning.
我们明早最好尽早布置展位。
备注： set up the exhibit 的意思是“布置展位”，这里的set up 可以用arrange来代替。

备注：set aside意为“把......放在一旁”；“产品展示”的表达为product presentation,此处presentation可以用demonstration代替。
商务英语口语必备句型
If we participate in the London Expo, we'll meet many of our competitors.
如果我们参加伦敦博览会，一定会遇到很多我们的竞争对手。
备注：“参加”的英文表达是participate in, 此处也可以用take part in或attend来代替。
It is depressing that the number of people who attended is far less than expected.
参加人数比预期少很多，这很令人沮丧。
备注：far less than的意思是“远比......少”，其中far是副词，用来强调少的程度。
Our goods were sent from Hong Kong more than ten days ago, and they're not in our booth!
我们的参展品十多天前就从香港寄出了，可是却还没摆到展位上！
It is because of the late arriving of your goods that we don't have the time to bring them to your booth.
因为你们的展品到达时间晚了，所以我们还没来得及搬到你们的展位上。
备注：have the time to do sth.意为“有时间做某事”，其否定形式not have the time to do sth.表示“来不及做某事”。

备注：follow sb. to some place表示“跟随某人到......”；would like to do sth.意为“乐意做某事”，常在主动提出做某事时使用。
