ON THE WAY TO THE ZOO   去动物园的路上     

Jack 和paula要去动物园。Jenny开车送他们，马上就要到动物园了。

Paula  What do you want to see most, Daddy?

Jack   I’m looking forward to seeing the polar bears. What about you?

Paula  I’m looking forward to seeing any animals from Nirth America.

Jenny  Well, here we are.

Paula  I’ll go and get in line.Bye, Jenny.

Jenny  Bye. Have a nice time.

Jack   Are you sure that you wouldn’t like to come with us?

Jenny  Thank you, but I’m not fond of going to zoos. You see, I hate seeing animals in cages. I remember going to a zoo when I was a child, and I’ll never forget seeing the poor lions with no space to run.

Jack   I know what you mean, but I think that zoos are better now. And I promised to take Paula.

Jenny  Of course. You should go.

Paula  Come on, Daddy.

Ticket Seller  Thank you. We do tours of the zoo for children. If you are interested in Joining a group, talk to that man in the green hat there. He’s the tour guide.
