Can’t Enjoy The Vacation
Mr. Young owned his own business and worked very hard. His wife was afraid that he would get sick if he continued like that, so she often tried to get him to take avacation.
At last she managed to persuade him to do this, but she was afraid that he \might not be able to enjoy his vacation quietly, so before they left, Mrs, Young went to see her husband’s secretary. She said to her, “My husband needs a vacation very much, so whatever happens,please don’t business prblems while we’re away. Just wait till we get back.”
After Mr. And Mrs. Young had been away about a week, Mr. Young received a letter from his secretary which said, “ Something terrible had happened to your business, but I’m not going to bother you with it now whicle you’re enjoying your vacati on.”
无法享受假期
杨先生经营自己的生意，工作十分卖力。他的妻子担心他总是这样卖力会累出病来，因此常常劝他为自己放个假。
最后她终于说服了丈夫这么做。不过她怕丈夫不能安安静静地享受假期。于是在他们临走以前，杨太太找到她丈夫的秘书，对她说：‘我丈夫十分个需要这个假期，所以我们走了之后，生意上不管发生什么事，都主伐不要用任何的电报或信件来打扰他，一切都等我们回来再解决。“
歌舞剧先生和太太离开了一个星期之后，他的秘书寄来了一封信，上面写道：“您的生意出了严重的问题，不过在您度假期间我不想打扰您。”
