A: Excuse me, madam. I have an appointment with Mr. Salvatore at nine o'clock. Is he available now?
B: Yes, he is waiting for you in the conference room.
A: Thank you. May I come in?
C: Please. You must be Anne. I'm going over your resume. Have a seat, please.
A: Thank you.
C: Your resume says you major in marketing, which seems to have nothing to do with tourism. Then why do you want to apply for a position of tourist guide?
A: It's said that the inspiration of outsides often outweighs tha tof insiders, for they have no thinking set. So I have the advantage that many other guides don't possess, and it will be a motivation for my further study.
C: En, good. You really know how to sell yourself. But doesn't selling need fabulous packing? Your dress doesn't look very great.
A: Yes, Yesterday I passed by a bookstore with the money for my new clothes, but I found two sets of books which are very important for me. They may help me with today's interview and my future career development. So I spent the money on the books without hesitation.
C: Quick-minded, which is definitely another plus for you. What other advantages do you have?
A: Well, my major may seem unsuitable for this position, but I once took an evening course to study tourism and I have obtained a qualification certificate. And I often work part-time as a tour guide, so I have much experience for this job.
C: Very good. you're well prepared.
A: Thank you. I've been dreaming about becoming a tourist guide. And I've been boning up on tourism for this job.
C:All right. that's all for today's interview. Do you want to know something about our company?
A: How long is the probation?
C: Three months and you will be half-paid during that time.
A: OK. I have no other questions.
A: Thanks for your interest in our company. We'll let you know our final decision within a week.
C: All right. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Goodbye.
A: 打扰一下,我和Mr.Salvatore 约好九点见面。
A: 谢谢。
A: 谢谢。
A: 是的。
A:谢谢。
