A: How does the new marketing team come together?
B: They are slowly getting there. The teamwork workshops have worked wonders.
A: How so?
B: Well, before they hardly knew each other, so for a start they began to get to know each other better, as well as to get to know each other's individual abilities.
A: Have you been able to identify a potential team leader?
B: Yes, I think I have found a born leader among the group.
A: 新的销售团队是怎么团结在一起的?
B: 他们慢慢的做到了团结。团队协作培训课已经创造了奇迹。
A: 为什么会这样?
B: 嗯,之前他们彼此了解甚少,所以首先他们开始更好的相互了解,以及了解彼此的个人能力。
A: 你确定了潜在的团队领导人了吗?

(Bill and Jack are talking about marketing management at the meeting.)
Bill: The first order of the management team meeting is a progress report from the sales team.
Jack: So far thins couldn't have gone any better. The team has finally come together. It's incredible.
Bill: Really? Could you elaborate on their progress?
Jack: Sure, so far our actual sales figure is 120% above our forecasted level of sales, The team has been further subdivided into smaller groups to concentrate on their focus more.
Bill: What is the benefit of dividing the team into small groups?
Jack: It enables them to focus much more intensely on their intended sales target. This has resulted in far more effective sales strategies.
Bill: But has there been any overlapping or breakdowns in communication?
Jack: True, but with constant and tightly controlled overall management, I have managed to keep it together.

比尔:本次管理团队会议的第一项议程是销售团队的一份进度报告。
