样品的种类
作为买卖依据的样品有：卖方样品（seller’s sample）、买方样品(buyer’s sample)，以及针对对方所展示样品，另行更改的相对样品（counter sample）。除此之外，有缔结生意的原样品(original sample)，制造用的备忘样品（keep sample）, 第二样品（duplicate sample）,第三样品（triplicate sample）。
至于装船时，有装船前的先发样品（advance sample），装船后的装船样品（(shipping sample)。这可能更加确定买卖商品，防止错误的产生。在布料方面有花样样品（pattern）切布样品（cutting sample）等。

Talking about Quality
A: How can I be sure your products are of superior quality, as you promised?
B: One of the reasons for our good quality products is because of our quality inspection system, which is the best of its kind.
A: But a quality inspection system does not mean that each unit will always be up to the standard.
B: We have trained analyzers to do quality at the end of each part when we make the product. This means that no mistakes are made.
A: Your salesman also told me that each worker is trained to do quality analysis. Can you tell me a little about that?
