     岗位职责是指一个岗位所要求的需要去完成的工作内容以及应当承担的责任范围。明确了岗位职责可以有效地防止因职务重叠而发生的工作扯皮现象、提高内部竞争活力，更好地发现和使用人才、提高工作效率和工作质量、规范操作行为等作用。所以，在求职面试过程中，求职者对应聘岗位的制作主动加以询问，表明求职者对待这份工作的兴趣浓厚，工作态度积极主动等良好心态，是一个遵守规章、做事效率高的人。从而使面试官对你另眼看待，增加了被聘用的机会。
