Is there anything the matter with my order?
--As far as your order is concerned, evrything is all right.
On the whole they agree to ypour price. But they are not sure about your quality.
--Well, as far as quality is concerned, there’s no need to worry at all.
When will shipment be made?
--As far as we are concerned, shipment can be made either this week or next.
I wonder if you can make some compromise.
--Well, as far as price is concerned, I’m ready to shade a little.
 
 Is partial shipment allowed?
  --It will be better to ship the goods all at once.
  Our customers are not satisfied with the price. They also think shipment date is too far away. What’s more…
  --One thing at a time, Mrs Brown. You can’t do everything all at once.
  When do you expect the delivery of all these goods?
  --Oh, yuou needn’t deliver them all at once. You can spread them over three or four months.
 
If partial shipmenbt is allowed, instead of waiting for the whole lot to get ready, we can ship whatever is ready to fill the urgent need of your customers.
  --Oh, I see. In that case, I agree to partial shipment.
  Your confirmation must reach us on or before the 15th of this month, otherwise we consider the deal off.
--I see.
  If your L/C can arrive here at the beginning of October, we shall be able to catch that steamer.
  --I see.
  Can you see what I’m about?
  --Yes, I see.
IV. In case there I sno direct steamer will you consider allowing transshipment?
  --I’m afraid not.
  Will you accept D/A for futyre ouders?
  --I’m afraid not.
  In case the seller fail to ship the goods on schedule, will you extend the L/C again?
  --I’m afaid not .
  Will you incvrease the rate of commission in case of large orders?
  --I’m afraid not.
V. How about making delivery half a moonth in advance?
  --That’s marvelous!
  How about meeting each other halfway?
  --That’s a good idea.
  How about paying a visit to the fair?
--That’s margelous!
  How about placing a trial order with us?
  --That’s sounds practial.
VI. Make delivery half a month in advance, and I’ll agree to your suggestion.
 Take another step-down, and the business will be concluded.
 Open the L/C immediately , and we’ll hsip the goods within two weeks.
 Compare them and you will agree that price is not high at all.
