Lu:  Good morning. Can I help you?
Green: I’m John Green from Hong Kong Electronics. I’ve a 9:30 appointment with
      Mr. Liang.
Lu:   Ah, yes. Mr. Green. He’s been expecting you. Take a seat and wait here a
      moment. I’ll go and get him. (Goes out.)
Liang: ( Enters the room) Nice to meet you, Mr. Green. At last we can say hello face to face with each other.
Green: Nice to meet you., too Mr. Liang.
Liang: It seems that we’ve never done business with you before, Mr. Green. Are you new in this line of business?
Green: No. On the contrary, we have handled import of electronics for over fifteen
      years.
Liang: In the case, you must be very experienced in this line.
Green: In a way, you may say so. We did a lot of business with Japan and Republic
      of Korea. Now our company has decided to build up business in the
      mainland, as we hear your computer software has developed very fast.
Liang: Quite right. Computer software come within the scope of our business
      Activities. We do hope regular trade relations can be established between us.
Green: We hope so, too. As we have wide relations with large wholesalers in Hong
      Kong, we think we shall be able to get considerable business for you. But I’d like to have a look a your catalogue first.
Liang: I have here a catalogue and a price list for your reference. If any product of interest to you, just tell me. We shall be pleased to make you our best offers.
Green:Thank you. We shall let you know the results as soon as we study them. By the way, our bankers are the Hong Kong & Shanghai Nanking Corporation in Hong Kong. They can provide you with anything about our business and finances.
