电话英语销售
1. Can I help you?
  我能为您效劳吗?
  商店营业员或其他服务人员接待客人时的通常用语。类似的表达方式还有:
  What can I do for you?
  (Is there) anything I can do for you?
  但是注意不要说What’s your business? (你有什么事?)或What do you want?
 (你要什么?)这些是很不礼貌的。
  Salesgirl: Good morning. Can I help you?
  女售货员:早上好。我能为您服务吗?
 Customer: I want to buy a shirt, a blue one, please.
 顾客:我想买件衬衫,蓝色的。
 Operator: Hello, what can I do for you?
 接线员:你好, 能为您做什么?
 Client: Please put me through to the manager’s office.
客户:请接经理办公室。
2 . He’s been expecting you.
他一直在等您呢。
have (has) been doing 是英语现在完成进行时的结构,用来表示一个动作从过去一起延续到现在。
I’ve been looking forward to this trip for quite some time.
许久以来我就盼望这趟旅行了。
How have you been getting on with your work?
你工作进行得怎么样?
3.At last we can say hello face to face with each other.
  我们终于可以面对面打招呼了。这句话意思是,他们过去只胡通讯往来,但从未见过面,现在终于见面了。
  face to face
   It would be helpful if we could have a talk on price face to face.
  我们如果能面对面地谈谈价格问题,那将会很有帮助的。
I’ m face to face with a new problem, which I must solve at one.
我现在面临一个问题,必须马上解决。
face to face 有时还可以用途定语:
I suggest we hold a face to face talk as soon as possible.
我建议我们尽快举行一次面对面的会谈。
4.It seems that we’ve never done business with you before.
我们好像没有过业务往来。
It seems + that clause 句型常用来表示说话人对某一客观事物的看法不太有把握。
It seems that the market is going to go up.
市场行情看来像是要涨。
It seems that we can’t catch the March shipment.
我们好像赶不上3月份装船了。
There seems to be some mistake in the offer.
报价里看来有错。
1.       In that case, you must be very experienced in this line of business.
那样的话,你寻这一行一定很有经验了。
in this case/in that case/in every case, 在这种/那种/各种情况下
in many/most/all cases, 在许多/大多数/所有情况下
in no case, 决不,无论如何不能
Even in that case, you might send a letter of excuse anyhow.
即使在那种情况下,你也可以写封解释解释呀。
What is the usual practice in such cases?
这种情况下通常的做法是什么呢?
In any case, I shall take the message to Mr. Smith asking him to call the head office.
不管怎么样,我总会带信给史密斯先生让他给总公司打电话。
In no case are you to break your work to us.
无论如何你对我们也不能失信。
6.We do hope regular trade relation can be established between us.
我们的确希望你我之间能建立起经常的贸易关系。
Do (did )作为助动词用在肯定句中可以表示强调的作用。
I do think you should telephone your head office for advice.
我的确认为你应当给你们总公司打个电话征求意见。
We did try to get our customers round to accept your offer.
我们确实劝说过我们的客户接受你们的报价。
在口语中,Do用在祈使句中可以使邀请的口气更加客气、热情或友好。
Do come in, please!
请进请进。
Do have another piece of fish!
再来块鱼吧!

如果其中有任何产品使您感兴趣,请告诉我。
介词of + 名词除去表示所属关系之外, 还表示“具有某种品质,特征”的含义。
有时相当于该名词的形容词。如be of use –useful.
This article is of special interest to me.
我们对这种产品特别有兴趣。
Quality is of first importance.
品质是头等大事。
Of excellent quality and reasonable price, our products are warmly received by
Customers both at home and abroad.
我们的产品品质超群, 价格合理,受到国内外客户的热烈欢迎。

介词with 常常用来表示一种伴随的情况或者说明造成某一局面的原因。
With so many back orders on hand, we can’t promise any shipment before October.
手头过期订单那么多,我们无法答应10月份以前装船。
With such a low stock ,the seller is not active in making an offer.
库存量那么少,卖方不积极主动报盘。
With competition from many other countries, we really can’t talk them around.
其他国家都在竞争,我们实在无法让他们回心转意。
